General Summary This position is responsible for ensuring the consistency of processes and policies and managing the customer experience team to ensure order setup and materials dispatch matches the customers’ needs, collecting bid day info, managing and sending quotes, creating orders, supporting quality submissions for accuracy, plant scheduling, and other customer service tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in dispatching in a similar industry
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role
  • MS Office intermediate to high level required
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
  • Ability and willingness to abide by the company’s Code of Conduct on a daily basis

Nice To Haves

  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop team to allow continuous coverage of duties to prevent service gaps when absences occur.
  • Collaborate with Operations staff to measure and ensure accurate scheduling and dispatching.
  • Coordinate policies and procedures with other District Customer Experience Managers to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Support District Sales staff with bidding, project tracking, and quote management.
  • Manage a designated portion of customers based on the criteria set forth by the District Sales Manager.
  • Balance administrative load with Operations Finance Managers.
