As the Customer Experience Manager, you’ll play a critical role in both daily operations and the full customer journey, ensuring every client receives a seamless, 5-star experience. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Experience in flooring, construction, or home improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, text, and email
  • Schedule appointments for Design Associates and manage follow-ups on open proposals
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every customer
  • Support and execute local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness
  • Represent the business at home shows and community events
  • Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination
  • Update Salesforce daily with job progress and customer information
  • Partner with bookkeeping support and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
  • Assist in tracking projects, timelines, and customer communication
  • Meet weekly with the Owner to review sales performance and project pipeline
  • Take ownership of key administrative and operational functions
  • Participate in weekly planning and strategy meetings
  • Help improve processes and identify efficiencies
  • Contribute ideas that shape the future of the business
