About The Position

The Customer Experience Manager is a pivotal role within the Americas Leadership Team, responsible for enhancing customer experience and business integration. This position oversees the U.S. customer service organization, driving improvements in customer management quality and activities while indirectly influencing supply chain processes. The manager ensures compliance with export control laws and leads a team of functional leaders to achieve departmental and company objectives, ultimately supporting growth through optimized customer experience and supply chain operations.
