As a Customer Experience Incentive Analyst, you will be supporting Trimble’s Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Owner (AECO) Sector and specifically our Global Professional Services and Customer Success organizations through management and administration of our customer experience incentives and commission processes globally. You will report to the Manager of Customer Experience Performance & Compensation, and your work will be critical to the continued success and revenue growth of the Sector and Trimble. Your Key Tasks Will Be Supporting the global AECO Customer Experience Organization in all compensation and commission related matters, including recognition and other incentives (SPIFFs) as needed. Assist with the maintenance and development of an AECO Customer Experience Incentive program and seller plans for global team members. Partnering with other Compensation team members and Business Partners to solve Customer Experience compensation-related business problems and provide insight and guidance. Generating and maintaining performance analysis, including individual and team productivity, and identification of performance improvement opportunities. Commissions: Support process improvement efforts around the compensation planning and maintenance process.
