About The Position

This position will act as a senior member of the Customer Experience Team in terms of complexity of task, job knowledge or ability to effectively train/mentor other Customer Experience Team Members. This position will also be a resource for escalation to ensure customer specification and gearbox accuracy in the selection process. This position will be the main contact for a designated list of high-level key and target accounts and will be responsible for coordinating all activities to meet or exceed our customer's expectations.
