The standard schedule goes from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Our Customer Experience Coordinator is the go-to support person for account executives and our wellness team, stepping in as needed to help with a wide variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities. From supporting customer communication and event logistics to maintaining administrative files and wellness initiatives, you'll play a very active role in our office. You'll be responsible for: Updating customer information and coordinating broker communication Assisting with bulk/regulatory communication, including compliance-related forms, company announcements, product rollouts, and wellness activities Drafting and proofreading professional correspondence, marketing materials, and other resources Coordinating logistics for internal meetings, benefit fairs, onsite visits, and vendor meetings Overseeing customer recognition activities, including welcoming new members and celebrating milestones Supporting various projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Elevating the member experience and delivering incredible customer service IS THIS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU? Customer Experience Coordinator Requirements: Ability to handle sensitive information and follow HIPAA regulations Ability to learn and master internal systems Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook Written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Professional attitude and reliable work ethic High school diploma or equivalent Additional Qualifications: Customer service, administrative support, or account coordination experience Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits industries Some college coursework Fill out our initial application to become our Customer Experience Coordinator!
