About The Position

We are looking for 2 Customer Experience Coordinators to join our growing team! The right candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle different tasks, and will act as liason between the service and sales departments. The day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction and communication with all departments. Saturdays a must! Bilingual a plus! No experience necessary! Will train the right people!

Requirements

  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to learn
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greeting service customers in the drive
  • Escorting customers to the waiting room and offering amenities
  • Appraising customer vehicles for sales eligibility
  • Addressing customer concerns through communications with all departments
  • Customer Follow Up
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Other duties as assigned
