About The Position

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers—helping them navigate their service requests and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Requirements

  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems—experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Navision is a plus.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience with order processing, scheduling, or project coordination (1+ year preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main connection between customers and service teams, coordinating field service requests with care and accuracy.
  • Log and manage customer inquiries, ensuring all details are clear and up to date.
  • Provide timely service estimates and job quotations to help customers make confident decisions.
  • Track ongoing work orders and communicate updates through the customer portal or direct outreach.
  • Use Microsoft CRM and ERP tools to manage customer information and service workflows.
  • Generate reports, support daily tasks, and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
