What you’ll be doing As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’re the air traffic control of the shop. You direct the flow of every client from the moment they arrive to the time they leave. You’re also the face of the business—responsible for welcoming clients, setting the tone, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Alongside our grooming team, you help strengthen client relationships by making every visit personal, easy, and memorable. You’ll also introduce clients to the value of our services and guide them into our membership program.
