This is a key role — someone who keeps things running smoothly, takes pride in getting the details right, and genuinely enjoys being the person others can count on.

Requirements

  • Takes responsibility seriously and follows through without being asked twice
  • A natural communicator — patient, professional, and easy to work with
  • Organized and process-minded with the ability to manage multiple open items at once
  • A problem solver who looks for the root cause, not just the quick fix
  • Experience in customer service, operations, or account support role preferred
  • Comfortable working in business systems and learning new software quickly
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Background in distribution, parts, or equipment industries
  • Familiarity with ERP or order management systems
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Responsibilities

  • Be a dependable point of contact for our customers — answering questions, providing order updates, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
  • Assist with order entry, changes, and return authorizations to keep the customer experience seamless
  • Monitor orders and proactively communicate status updates to customers and internal teams
  • Play a key quality role by reviewing orders for accuracy and ensuring the right products reach the right customers on time
  • Work closely with our sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to keep operations aligned and moving efficiently
  • Support new customers onboarding and help set accounts up for success from day one
  • Maintain accurate records that give our team the visibility they need to perform at their best
