Paul Davis Restoration is a property restoration company, that recovers, reconstructs, and restores residential and commercial properties in the Portland and Vancouver areas. Requirements

  • 2+ years of Restoration Industry and/or Construction industry experience is preferred
  • Effective phone etiquette skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and precisely in both written and verbal form
  • Sound planning and organization skills with a sense of urgency and immediacy
  • Able to coordinate multiple jobs and needs in a fast pace working environment daily
  • Able to participate in after-hours work when an emergency event, job or workload may require
  • Able to work in a productive, organized, and professional manner, even when under pressure
  • Intermediate computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Able to type 40+ words per minute
  • Able to pass criminal background verification and must be insurable to drive company vehicles
  • Regular working hours: 7:30am to 4pm

Nice To Haves

  • 2-year Associates degree preferred but not required
  • 4+ yrs. of project coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Intake and input jobs into the Restoration Management Software (RMS)
  • Provide regular and timely updates to customers and clients throughout the lifecycle of the job
  • Confirm customer and job-related issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist in the coordination and procurement of services, equipment, and/or tools
  • Solicit customer feedback throughout the customer journey (NPS, Google reviews, and closing the loop on concerns)
  • Partner with Project Leader(s) to obtain, maintain, and ensure compliance with job safety requirements and documentation
  • Assist Project Leader(s) with the timely collection of payments from customers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, responding to after-hours emergency calls and supporting job intake and coordination as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
