About The Position

The Customer Experience Coordinator (CXC) plays a key role within the Inside Sales team by delivering a best-in-class customer experience while supporting sales performance and operational efficiency . This role serves as a central point of contact for customer inquiries, order flow, and service coordination, ensuring timely responses, accurate communication, and effective internal collaboration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused , and comfortable communicating technical information clearly via phone and email. As an ambassador of the company, the CXC consistently demonstrates our SPIRIT values and contributes to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales-related or customer-facing role
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate technical product information clearly
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Dynamics 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated commitment to company values, mission, and vision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of the vacuum industry or related technical products

Responsibilities

  • Manage and route incoming customer orders, RFQs, and general inquiries
  • Assign work to appropriate sales and internal support teams
  • Monitor and manage the general sales inbox with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support customer inquiries related to order status, invoicing, and shipment tracking
  • Coordinate customer returns, service inquiries, and RMAs
  • Support service opportunities, including vacuum pump repair and service coordination
  • Drive on-time order fulfillment by resolving shipment, hold, and past-due issues
  • Liaise between Sales and Procurement to resolve late or overdue orders
  • Adapt to evolving sales processes and responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain professional, customer-focused communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned
