The CX Administrative Assistant (CXAA) serves as a critical support pillar for the Sales and Marketing Departments and is the primary point of contact and receptionist at the AAON Exploration Center. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, a sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and a customer centric mindset. The CXAA supports the critical elements of successful customer experiences and assists the sales and marketing teams with planning, organization, and management of day-to-day sales and marketing activities.
