About The Position

The CX Administrative Assistant (CXAA) serves as a critical support pillar for the Sales and Marketing Departments and is the primary point of contact and receptionist at the AAON Exploration Center. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, a sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and a customer centric mindset. The CXAA supports the critical elements of successful customer experiences and assists the sales and marketing teams with planning, organization, and management of day-to-day sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong Personal Communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Some Sales, PR, or Customer Support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day receptionist duties at the AAON Experience Center
  • Maintain customer visit schedule and prepare for meetings and events held in the AAON Experience Center
  • Support the on-going needs for customers, executives, and sales/marketing staff during events and meetings in the AAON Experience Center
  • Create POs, receive materials, and inventory marketing collateral, swag, and other marketing materials.
  • Organize and maintain marketing collateral, swag, and other materials within the AAON Exploration Center, focusing on presentation for customers
  • Review and track marketing expenses related to AAON Exploration Center and the AAON Mobile Experience
  • Submit project and marketing requests on behalf of AAON Exploration Center stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support for sales and marketing events and projects
  • Collaborate with the AAON events team to provide support where necessary
  • Attend marketing related events at the Exploration Center and AAON Mobile Experience
  • Complete other duties as assigned
