The Customer Experience Coordinator oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and the promotion of loyalty programs. The coordinator leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers and maintaining a clean and organized store, role modeling outstanding customer service. The position involves creating a positive internal and external customer experience, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and maintaining confidentiality. It also includes taking an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, coaching them on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs, and managing POS coverage and breaks. The coordinator addresses customer concerns, ensures task execution, communicates effectively with management, provides feedback, and partners on training needs. Additionally, the role ensures adherence to policies, promotes credit and loyalty programs, supports shrink reduction, and maintains a safe environment.
