The individual who fills this position will be responsible for providing prompt, professional customer service for Medicaid Provider Relations Calls to ensure that all necessary information is covered in a clear, consistent and professional manner. Ensure that identified problems are promptly addressed, documented and resolved in a timely manner and calls routed to the appropriate units.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two years customer service or call center experience.
• Patience and a desire to help others.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
