The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned. This position involves greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a polite and professional manner. The associate will operate front end scanning equipment and cash register, ensuring accuracy during transactions and maintaining proper security measures. The role also includes maintaining knowledge of weekly ads and store layout, ensuring cleanliness in the department, and utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The associate may assist in other departments as needed.
