The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned. This position involves greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The associate will operate front end scanning equipment and cash register, maintain transaction accuracy, and follow company policies regarding customer check out. Additionally, the associate will maintain knowledge of weekly ads and store layout, ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the department, and cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to improve job performance. The role may also require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and assistance in other departments as needed.
