About The Position

Handle high‑volume inbound/outbound calls and texts. Support customers with mortgage‑related questions. Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans. Perform data entry, queue monitoring, and routine communication with consumers, internal teams, and authorized third parties. Research and resolve basic inquiries; escalate complex issues when needed. Meet production, quality, and compliance standards. Follow all policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Customer service or call center experience (mortgage or banking preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with computers and standard software tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of mortgage processes or regulations is a plus.
