About The Position

Fresno, CA | On-Site Full-Time or Part-Time Considered At Suterra, we don’t just process orders — we deliver confidence to our commercial agriculture and pest management customers. As a global leader in sustainable, science-based pest management solutions, our reputation is built on precision, reliability, and disciplined execution. Behind every shipment and every customer interaction is a team that values accuracy, accountability, and follow-through. We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate who takes pride in getting the details right, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to build a long-term career, not just hold a job. If you’re someone who notices what others miss, follows through without being asked twice, and believes great service is built on professionalism and precision, keep reading. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, accurate, and professional customer experience from order entry through delivery and follow-through. This role reports to the Customer Experience Manager and is based in our Fresno office. This is not a transactional customer service position. You will work alongside professionals who care deeply about doing things the right way. We value reliability, initiative, and disciplined execution. Individuals who demonstrate strong performance and commitment are given opportunities to expand their responsibilities and grow within the organization. If you’re looking for a role where your work matters, your judgment is valued, and your effort directly contributes to growth, we’d love to hear from you.
