About The Position

The Customer Experience Associate provides front-line customer service support to ReSource Pro Compliance customers by processing tasks related to insurance regulatory compliance, client intake and/or sales support, responding to customer requests over phone and email. Work completed directly impacts trust and partnership with the client. We hire the best because our service is only as good as the people delivering it. This position is a hybrid role and all candidates must reside within driving distance to our Groesbeck, TX office.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Customer-centric mindset; enjoy providing a service and solving customer problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information to clients and effectively deescalate customer frustrations
  • Process-focused and detail oriented; committed to accurate documentation
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency with MS Office – able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance experience or basic insurance knowledge preferred
  • Tax filing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle customer inquiries via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and/or chat; answering questions professionally and assisting customers by completing a task or process for them
  • Follows establishes processes and procedures to complete routine regulatory compliance
  • Client intake and/or sales support tasks in a timely manner on behalf of the client. This may include gathering and verifying client information, inputting information into a variety of Compliance and/or State web-based systems and forms and complete related reports.
  • Running annual corporate tax filings and filing reports with Secretary of State and Department of Revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers
  • Deescalate customer situations and find solutions to provide an exceptional customer experience
