A customer minded, friendly individual who can build rapport with our Service Guests, be able to answer questions, provide basic maintenance and warranty information, schedule service appointments and provide estimates on certain repairs, and has a passion for customer service excellence? If you answered "YES", here are a few details about the position: The ideal individual would: Be responsible for providing the first impression of the Planet Automotive Service Guest Experience with professionalism, clear communication, answering questions and listening to guest concerns Consider oneself as a key player in the Parts and Service team Ability to provide assistance to de-escalate situations that involve upset guests Use provided phone training and word tracks to overcome objectives and concerns the guest may address Be able to work with busy Parts Specialists, Service Advisors and Management to answer repair status inquiries Be cool, calm and collected in a fast-paced, multi-task position, while working in an environment of 5 - 7 other staff members, taking calls at the same time Have basic knowledge of operating computers, telephone equipment and software programs Planet Automotive currently uses the DealerBuilt DMS Platform and the MyKaarma systems to provide the most up to date technology and tools to our individuals By the way, we used the Customer Experience Associate title because that is what everyone else is doing. However, here at Planet Automotive, we are not like everyone else and our team are Customer Care Center Representatives!

Requirements
