About the position

As Customer Experience Associate, you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional customer experiences. You'll connect with customers that shop in our Brighton Collectible stores, our e-commerce site and who shop with our specialty retail customers that are independently owned. You will be the voice behind the brand, connecting through various digital channels, ensuring that their journey with Brighton is nothing short of amazing. You're not just solving problems; you're building relationships and making a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via email, in a tech-savvy, modern way.
  • Tackle customer inquiries and issues with innovation and efficiency.
  • Become a Brighton product expert and guide customers to their perfect style.
  • Collect and share valuable customer insights to help us continually improve.

Requirements

  • Empathetic communicator with the ability to connect with words effortlessly.
  • Articulate and experienced in communicating in a thoughtful, kind manner.
  • Obsessed with customer satisfaction and capable of turning any situation into a positive experience.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, such as Zendesk, and the fast-paced world of online customer service.
