With our team, you will develop the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to assist taxpayers and their representatives with tax filings and inquiries this coming season. You will learn to: Provide appropriate technical responses and taxpayer assistance, verbally and in writing, to advise taxpayers or their representatives of their rights, responsibilities, and relevant tax procedures. Assist taxpayers with the review, interpretation, and explanation of Pennsylvania State tax laws, rules, regulations, and procedures. Review documents to determine if returns were filed correctly and advise taxpayers of any actions needed to ensure their taxes are filed properly.
