Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues proactively and professionally. Assist members and guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Provide accurate information about programs, services, and membership options. Monitor access to the facility, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed. Assist with membership sales, including explaining membership benefits and processing enrollments/registrations, printing membership cards. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Distribute towels to guests and process sales transactions Handle phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive working environment. Serve as a resource and information clearinghouse to AG program staff.
