About The Position

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between clients, field technicians, and technical support teams. Requirements

  • Previous office experience in technical support or customer care within the Communications or Mass Media industry.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with field technicians.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware gained through professional experience or education.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience providing technical support and peer-to-peer training in an office setting.
  • Ability to work the following schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.
  • Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours, including mandatory overtime when required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, field technicians, and technical support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Create and manage work orders in the ticketing system for dispatching field technicians.
  • Monitor the Central Management System to identify and escalate errors to field technicians or internal teams.
  • Respond promptly to requests from field technicians via phone, text, and email.
  • Handle referred issues from internal and external sources through phone and email communication.
