About The Position

The Farmer’s Dog is on a mission to change the landscape of pet health by providing dogs and their humans with honest, smart, and simple care. We aim to improve the pet food industry by offering a personalized subscription service that delivers freshly-made dog food directly to customers’ doors. Our goal is to create innovative and personalized experiences across all aspects of pet care. We are looking for individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service and help improve the quality of dogs' lives through meaningful conversations. This full-time role requires commuting to our Florida office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound phone contacts, email, text, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues with a high degree of empathy while building value in our products.
• Respond to customers in a timely manner with thorough and accurate information.
• Document customer interactions in our contact management system and CRM.
• Work independently with customers and share information about conversations with colleagues.
• Comply with all company and department policies and procedures.
