About The Position

We’re hiring a Customer Experience and Routing Specialist to support both our office team and field technicians. This role combines customer service, scheduling, and daily routing to ensure customers are taken care of and routes run efficiently. You’ll work within a 3-person routing team and play a key part in keeping technicians productive and customers satisfied.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn software
  • High attention to detail & strong multitasking
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in dispatching, routing, scheduling, or call centers
  • Service industry office experience (HVAC, lawn care, pest control, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage daily customer calls
  • Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and billing questions
  • Provide excellent service and clear communication
  • Support technicians with customer notes and updates
  • Assist with capacity planning and service forecasting
  • Build and adjust daily routes
