We’re hiring a Customer Experience and Routing Specialist to support both our office team and field technicians. This role combines customer service , scheduling , and daily routing to ensure customers are taken care of and routes run efficiently. You’ll work within a 3-person routing team and play a key part in keeping technicians productive and customers satisfied.
