About The Position

We’re hiring a Customer Experience and Routing Specialist to support both our office team and field technicians. This role combines customer service , scheduling , and daily routing to ensure customers are taken care of and routes run efficiently. You’ll work within a 3-person routing team and play a key part in keeping technicians productive and customers satisfied. Nice To Haves

  • Experience in dispatching, routing, scheduling, or call centers
  • Service industry office experience (HVAC, lawn care, pest control, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Answer and manage daily customer calls
  • Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and billing questions
  • Provide excellent service and clear communication
  • Support technicians with customer notes and updates
  • Assist with capacity planning and service forecasting
  • Build and adjust daily routes
