The Customer Experience Analyst will serve as a key member of the Customer Experience Team—a dedicated group focused on driving customer satisfaction through exceptional execution. This role is responsible for leveraging data analytics and managing customer orders to support on-time delivery (OTD), expediting critical items, and collaborating closely with planning, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders.
