About The Position

In this role, you will work with customers to develop innovative solutions to business problems by collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data and information related to the work of the Customer Experience team. You will ensure data integrity and administer relevant reporting software, including data security management. Additionally, you will administer the Customer Survey and Speech Analytics programs.
