About The Position

The Customer Experience Analyst role at Philips involves generating insights through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to enhance customer experience and retention. The analyst will lead projects, integrate data from various sources, and present data-driven recommendations to business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics of the US health care market, with customer analytics experience preferred.
• Deep experience working with data and cloud infrastructures.
• Strong storytelling and presentation development skills.
• Experience working with a CRM.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau.
• Familiarity with customer retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a project leader owning the research and problem solving with NAR, business leaders and team peers.
• Integrate data from multiple platforms including Medalia, SAP, Siebel, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Create alternative scenarios to increase market visibility when data is not available.
• Utilize data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, and PowerPoint to support business decisions.
• Make presentations that include recommendations on NAR and Business investment using data-driven insights.
• Define and manage dashboarding for NAR and report on advanced big data and AI-enabled analytics.
