Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer

Responsibilities

• Create the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.
• Actively promote and sell additional vehicles and optional extras that align with each customer’s preference.
• Manage the premium vehicle fleet while selling additional services related to car rental.
• Assist with driving and valeting cars when required.

Requirements

• Natural sales talent with experience in assisting customers face to face, on the phone, and online.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail and pride in work.
• Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable, however not essential.
• Current full driver's license and full working rights in Australia.
