About The Position

Summary of Job: Join our team of professional Customer Experience Advocates helping businesses with all of their Residential service needs, such as HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Requirements

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Must practice active listening/ and problem-solving skills
Driven, tenacious and enthusiastic attitude
Service-minded 'How can I help?' approach
Methodical, organized and with excellent attention to detail
Team Player willing to roll sleeves up and collaborate with the team
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
High level interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer skills (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation, Web-based platforms.

Nice To Haves

Dynamics 365 experience a plus but not required.
Five9 experience not required but desired.
