Summary of Job: Join our team of professional Customer Experience Advocates helping businesses with their Facility service needs, such as HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Be part of a growing team where we thrive responding to calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional, and timely manner. We encourage daily interactions across business lines to provide an optimal level of support and communication. Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with other team members. Requirements

  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Must practice active listening/ and problem-solving skills
  • Driven, tenacious and enthusiastic attitude
  • Service-minded 'How can I help?' approach
  • Methodical, organized and with excellent attention to detail
  • Team Player willing to roll sleeves up and collaborate with the team
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • High level interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer skills (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation, Web-based platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Dynamics 365 experience a plus but not required.
  • Five9 experience not required but desired.
