The CXA is expected to have a passion for building meaningful relationships in a client-centric retail environment, enhancing the customer experience before, during, and after aircraft delivery and training. By providing exceptional customer service and engaging with Cirrus Service Essentials, the CXA will create personalized shopping experiences tailored to each customer's unique needs, discovering opportunities to surprise and delight Cirrus customers and guests. In addition to customer engagement, the CXA is responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of merchandise available both in the physical store and on the ecommerce site. This role includes ensuring inventory standards, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to visual standards, acting as the first line of protection against inventory loss. The CXA's efforts culminate in growing revenue while enhancing the customer experience and building lifelong relationships with clients. The position requires proactive engagement with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, thereby maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CXA will also collaborate with various internal departments to exceed customer expectations, expand the use of the Cirrus ecosystem, and maintain a deep understanding of products, consumer behavior patterns, and industry trends. Identifying pain points along the customer journey and seeking solutions to remove them is essential.
