About The Position

As a Customer Experience & Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting CareGard’s agents and dealers. You’ll build strong relationships, lead onboarding, address partner needs, and help drive operational excellence across the business.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or a client‑facing role
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable partnering across departments in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, warranty, insurance, or F&I

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of agents and dealers
  • Lead onboarding and support partners throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Resolve issues quickly and deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint
  • Collaborate with sales, accounting, claims, and operations teams to support partner needs
  • Assist with product launches, process improvements, and cross‑functional initiatives
  • Review and distribute monthly commission statements and support data accuracy
  • Contribute to reporting, business reviews, and performance insights
  • Manage the Support inbox, onboarding documentation, and marketing material requests
