The CER plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience. This position supports two-way engagement to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a highly visible, key role within the Company and the APM business in North America. The CER role provides the opportunity to work across the Order to Cash Process (OTC). This hybrid role is a key liaison with the customer and requires interactions with customers, sales, supply chain, product managers, demand management, warehousing and logistics within the company. Supporting Chemours' SAP platform requires strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to help improve Chemours' business tool capabilities.
