Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Management is seeking a First Line Leader to join the team in Dallas, Texas. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services Supply Chain via the Global Parts Solutions Commercial team. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. The First Line Leader in this position will lead our Supplier Management Customer Escalations (CE) team. The Customer Escalations team collaborates with our business and supply chain partners in order to identify the best possible solution(s) to supply parts and deliver satisfaction to our customers, alleviating their critical needs that impact our commercial fleet operations.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • More than 3 years of experience in Data Analysis
  • More than 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in strategic decision making and supplier negotiations
  • Experience in a self-directed role
  • Communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role
  • Experience supporting emergent demand that requires off shift response/support
