What a typical day looks like: Call customers who have already submitted service requests through our partner app Confirm their setup details and move-in timeline Make sure the services they selected fit their home and needs Recommend upgrades when they genuinely improve the customer’s setup Finalize the order and pass it to our processing team Keep clean documentation in our CRM This is a fast-paced inbound sales support role with steady daily call volume.
