About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and driven Customer Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding applicants through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently. You will be a key player in providing exceptional customer service, helping individuals access important services and benefits. This position requires the ability to travel locally to assist applicants and meet with them in person as needed. A clean driving record and a clear background check are required for this role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, enrollment, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clean driving record and reliable access to a vehicle for travel to applicant locations.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and customer-focused with a commitment to helping others.
