As a Customer Engineering Process and Systems Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining, designing, and leveraging the various systems and underlying processes to support the technical sales community. In this role, you will drive the planning, collaboration, alignment, implementation planning, and the ultimate delivery to the field and supporting functions of critical updates and improvements for Customer Engineering processes and the underlying systems to make our technical sellers more efficient and effective.
