As the Customer Engineer for Americas-West, you will support Enterprise Pre-Sales opportunities and fuel business growth for Platform and Devices (P&D) Enterprise Solutions. This technical role demands a laser focus on technical sales execution, commercial acumen, and a profound understanding of the enterprise Information Technology (IT) and security landscape. You will empower a team of sales specialists dedicated to Fortune 1000 clients, directly impact the Point of Delivery (POD) business target, and oversee all technical solution validation, including major deals and collaborations with leading channel partners. As part of the Customer and Partner Sales Engineering (CaPSE) Team, you will orchestrate the development of innovative solutions and technical account strategies. You will represent Platform and Devices (P&D) Enterprise Solutions to our clients, forging deep connections with C-suite executives. While you will be instrumental in channeling customer insights back to Product and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, your main objective is to secure "Tech Wins," shatter business goals, and position Platform and Devices Enterprise Solutions as the premier platform for enterprise work.
