About The Position

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll play an integral role in executing memorable and high-impact customer experiences. You’ll coordinate client visits, foster lasting relationships, and represent Power Design’s brand through hospitality and professionalism that creates raving fans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Consumer Behavior, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or event coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrate Power Design’s values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage customer visits, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan logistics and support high-visibility client events.
  • Support the Customer Experience team by providing pre-visit planning and post-visit follow-up.
  • Engage with visitors to ensure every interaction reflects Power Design’s values and service standards.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and tours for visiting clients.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.
