Logitech's E-commerce (DTX) team is seeking an experienced Customer Engagement & CDP Manager to lead efforts to unlock the full revenue potential of our Customer Data Platform (CDP). With multi-million-dollar growth revenue goals for the fiscal year, this role will drive personalized customer journeys, optimize engagement strategies, and align with Marketing and Commercial teams to meet ambitious financial targets through a best-in-class personalized shopping experience with tailored content. This high-impact position will be responsible for setting and delivering against revenue goals, managing a P&L connected to CDP initiatives, and ensuring Logitech maximizes both global scalability and regional value. The ideal candidate will bring deep years of experience in e-commerce, a strong background in CDPs (preferably Salesforce), and expertise in managing strategic metrics like customer lifetime value (LTV) and performance-based KPIs.
