About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute a comprehensive customer education strategy in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment. You will lead the design and delivery of learning experiences that drive product adoption, from self-paced courses and webinars to in-app guidance and CSM-led enablement. Working closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, you will translate customer and internal insights into scalable, modular learning assets. You will define measurable KPIs, iterate on programs based on data and feedback, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to personalize learning at scale. As a strategic owner and hands-on creator, you will ensure operational excellence in content development and program delivery while enabling teams to deliver impactful education consistently. This is a high-impact, autonomous role with opportunities to influence customer success and engagement across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Education, Instructional Design, Product Education, or a similar B2B SaaS role with program ownership
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a lean, team-of-one environment
  • Strong instructional design, storytelling, and content creation skills for technical and analytics-heavy topics
  • Experience designing education for multiple delivery formats and audiences
  • Data- and outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to use feedback and metrics to inform program decisions
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and synthesize stakeholder input
  • Comfortable managing multiple programs and projects autonomously while maintaining high quality

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a 12–18 month customer education roadmap aligned with product launches, AI capabilities, and key customer personas
  • Develop personalized, scalable learning journeys across multiple formats, including self-paced courses, webinars, workshops, in-app guidance, and CSM-led enablement
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from discovery and design to delivery, iteration, and optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to identify adoption blockers and design targeted education solutions
  • Track and analyze education KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvements
  • Manage the education technology stack, including LMS, authoring, and video tools, and maintain operational processes for consistent quality and standards
