This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute a comprehensive customer education strategy in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment. You will lead the design and delivery of learning experiences that drive product adoption, from self-paced courses and webinars to in-app guidance and CSM-led enablement. Working closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, you will translate customer and internal insights into scalable, modular learning assets. You will define measurable KPIs, iterate on programs based on data and feedback, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to personalize learning at scale. As a strategic owner and hands-on creator, you will ensure operational excellence in content development and program delivery while enabling teams to deliver impactful education consistently.
