Abrigo is seeking a Customer Due Diligence Analyst to support customer assurance and third‑party risk management activities within the IT Risk & Assurance Team, part of the CISO organization. This is a customer‑facing role ideal for candidates interested in information security, IT risk, and fintech SaaS environments. In this role, you will primarily intake, coordinate, and respond to inbound bank and credit union due diligence requests, including IT vendor risk questionnaires, supporting documentation requests, and follow up inquiries. You will work closely with internal security, compliance, legal, product, and customer facing teams to provide accurate, timely, and consistent responses that demonstrate Abrigo’s IT control environment. This position reports to the Manager of IT Risk & Assurance. This position can be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote. Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making.
