About The Position
As a Customer Development Representative, you will drive sales growth within existing accounts that demonstrate strong potential, manage accounts requiring additional support or have limited geographic access, and contribute to onboarding efforts that ensure a positive experience for new customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Dot experience
- Planning, organizational and self-motivating skills
- Ability to make proactive phone calls to customers and manufacturers

Responsibilities
- Act as primary Dot Foods contact for existing customers within the assigned region and assess, pursue, and close on business opportunities.
- Manage all order processing and administrative tasks for assigned accounts.
- Increase average order size through proactive solicitation of business.
- Evaluate and research sales and operational opportunities.
- Deliver problem-solving solutions for both current and potential accounts.
- Manage territory analysis and monitor all relevant developments and trends.
- Attend sales meetings and participate in training activities.
- Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
