About The Position

The Customer Development Representative II at Infoblox plays a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring the successful renewal of maintenance and subscription services. This position involves collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. The representative will analyze customer data, facilitate renewals, and develop trusted advisor relationships to support customer goals and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of work experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • 3+ years of service renewals experience with an emphasis on channel.
  • Expert working knowledge of the service business, including co-termination and service terms.
  • Experience working with both internal and external customers in a multi-tier channel environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce.
  • Experience with SaaS applications, deployments, and migration to cloud services.
  • DNS, DHCP, and IPAM experience.
  • Excellent organizational, consulting, project management, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with innovative ideas for SaaS user adoption and customer churn mitigation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data collected during account reviews and meetings to create practical proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction and surpassing monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Generate renewal quotes, validate, audit, and manage all aspects of maintenance and subscription renewals.
  • Facilitate relationships with clients, encouraging adoption of Infoblox products and ensuring retention.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers, identifying and addressing issues quickly.
  • Work closely with the Sales Account Team to support accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Utilize the RKO deck for a comprehensive assessment of customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Perform in-depth account analysis and conduct REVIVE sessions with the Account Team to identify areas for expansion.
  • Deliver RKO presentations to the Technical Buyer to explore expansion opportunities and validate perceived value of purchases.
  • Foster collaboration between field and customer development organizations to drive expansion and tech refresh initiatives.
  • Strive for a minimum IQRR of 90% to enhance customer intimacy and drive renewal bookings.
