You’ll lead Sapien’s earliest customer deployments and long-term success. You’ll coordinate across product, engineering, and finance stakeholders to deliver smooth implementations and ensure Sapien becomes mission-critical for customers. You’ll be responsible for structured onboarding, ROI tracking, relationship management, and building the playbooks that scale our customer function.
