About The Position

Our mission at Credal is to harness frontier AI for everyone building a better future. Our customers include the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services, MongoDB, Comcast NBC Universal, Lattice, Wise (Transferwise), Checkr, and incident.io among others. We’ve raised over $10m to date with a ton of runway. You’ll join a team of Thoughtful Doers™ from places like Palantir, Cruise, Meta, Uber, and Google. 📍 Credal is in-person in our spacious NYC office with meals provided. What you'll do: Be the person our customers trust when the stakes are high. Live in their slack channels and meet them at their desks. Build POCs to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-value Own design partnerships with end users to shape the product roadmap Develop deep understanding of each customer's use case and business objectives, and be their greatest internal advocate Define and improve the playbooks, processes, and tooling that will let us scale what works Own the onboarding story, keeping documentation high quality and understanding our users' greatest friction points About you You might be a great fit if you're a customer-obsessed problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and enterprise trust. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agents, MCP, or other LLM tooling
  • Technically capable- able to read logs, reproduce issues, and build basic solutions
  • Background in enterprise security, compliance, or access control
  • Prior solutions engineering, FDE, or customer success experience at an infra or developer tools company
